Allied Surveyors Scotland
In late 1997 a group of eight independent Scottish Surveyor firms with 32 offices and over 80 Chartered Surveyors throughout Scotland had come together in order to offer clients the combination of local expertise and personal experience with corporate organisation and efficiency.
Allied Surveyors Scotland plc was a separate Scottish owned company controlled from Glasgow headquarters.Allied Souter and Jaffrey being a founding member and shareholder of Allied Surveyors Scotland share the Code of Practice, Quality Control and Professional Indemnity protocols. The member firms has now been forged not only at Director level but throughout the 30+ Scottish offices where Allied Surveyors Scotland is recognised as one of the leading Chartered Surveying companies in the country.
Everyone involved now believes that the enormous benefits which this “Cross Border” operation brought to the Allied firms also benefits our clients and a wider public.
The various branch offices of Allied Souter & Jaffrey initially joined the Allied Surveyors Scotland chain in 1998. However the formal name change to Allied Surveyors was introduced in January 2005 which effectively means that all Valuation services are carried by Allied Surveyors Scotland from their various branch offices throughout Scotland.
